Thank you so much for joining CBOY. We would like to write down this Privacy Policy in the clearest language possible. Likewise, we would like to provide you with our privacy commitments in a transparent and easily accessible way.

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use the CBOY websites, APIs or related services, your access to and use of our services that link to or reference our CBOY Terms of Services. The Site, Application and other CBOY services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "CBOY Platform".

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes. We will post those changes on this page and update the Privacy Policy modification date at the top of this page.

By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You shouldn't use the Services if you don't agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services.

1What Data We Get

We gather certain data from you directly, like information you enter yourself, data about your consumption of content, and data from third-party platforms you connect with CBOY. We also collect some data automatically, like information about your device and what parts of our Services you interact with or spend time using.

We gather information that you choose to provide to us, for example, when you create an account, manage your user profile, participate in any interactive features of the CBOY Platform, request our e-newsletter or other marketing communications, participate in a promotion or survey, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The type of information we may gather includes your name, user name, country, telephone number, email address, postal address, photograph, avatar, password, security questions and answers, details about our products you use, details you provide in respond to surveys about our products, information you provide when seeking help from us, billing information, and account details and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide directly.

Account Data

In order to use certain features (such as accessing content), you need to create a user account. When you create or update your account, we collect and store the data you provide, such as your email address, password, phone number, occupation, skill interests, gender, race, ethnicity, government ID information, Tax ID information, verification photo, age, date of birth, or other similar identifier and account settings and assign you a unique identifying number (“Account Data”).

Payment Data

We use third-party payment providers to bill you through an online account payment in lieu of directly processing your credit/debit card information. Your paid balance for one or more lessons is safe in your account as we use API integration or an integrated iframe for checkouts from our partners payment providers. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and ZIP code.

Correspondingly all transactions are secured as our partners payment providers use SSL encryption protection. All payment information is stored encrypted and securely by our partners payment providers. We do not store your payment information on our servers

Shared Content Data

Parts of the Services let you interact with other users or share content publicly, including by posting review content, asking or answering questions, or posting photos or other work you upload. Such shared content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted.

Data About Your Accounts on Other Services or provided to us by third party

In addition to the information that we collect directly from you, we also collect certain of your information from following third party sources. If you login to CBOY via Facebook, Google or another thirdparty platform or service, we ask for your permission to access certain information about that other account.

We have identified the provider names of some of the third-party analytics and advertising services we use. We take no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party services.

If you access or use our Services through a third-party platform or service, or click on any third-party links, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party.

Data Analytic

We monitor and analyze web traffic and keep track of your behavior within our Services. This enables us to provide services that are relevant to you and boost the quality of our Services.

The data concerned within this activity are Cookies and Usage data, such as the parts of our Services you visit, the date and duration of your visit, and type of the device you used during your visit. All your data stated in this paragraph is collected and further processed in a manner that does not allow your identification.

2How We Get Data About You

CBOY uses the following types of Data Collection Tools for the purposes described:

Strictly Necessary: These Data Collection Tools enable you to access the site, provide basic functionality (like logging in or accessing content), secure the site, protect against fraudulent logins, and detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized use of your account. These are required for the Services to work properly, so if you disable them, parts of the site will break or be unavailable.

Functional: These Data Collection Tools remember data about your browser and your preferences, provide additional site functionality, customize content to be more relevant to you, and remember settings affecting the appearance and behavior of the Services (such as your preferred language).

The ads can be based on your recent activity or activity over time and across other sites and services. Personalize and improve the CBOY Platform and provide advertisements, content, suggested connections and features that match user profiles or activities;

4What Information We Share

We will share personal information outside of the company when we have your consent. We will ask for your explicit consent to share any sensitive personal information.

We share certain data about you with companies performing services for us, CBOY affiliates, our business partners, analytics and data enrichment providers, your social media providers, companies helping us run promotions and surveys, and advertising companies who help us promote our Services. We may also share your data as needed for security, legal compliance, or as part of a corporate restructuring.

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of the Company except the following cases:

With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Including but not limit to payment processing, fraud and abuse prevention, data analysis, marketing and advertising services (including retargeted advertising), social media, analytic tools and platforms, digital marketing, email and hosting services, and customer services and support

For Security and Legal Compliance: In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is required by or otherwise in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process;

With CBOY business partners and affiliates who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures

With Your Permission: With your consent, we may share data to third parties outside the scope of this Privacy Policy

For Right Protection: To protect the rights, property and safety of the Company or others;

For Marketing, Promotions and Surveys: We may share your data as necessary to administer, market, or sponsor promotions and surveys you choose to participate in, as required by applicable law (like to provide a winners list or make required filings), or in accordance with the rules of the promotion or survey.

5How We Keep Your Information Safe

We use appropriate security based on the type and sensitivity of data being stored. As with any internet-enabled system, there is always a risk of unauthorized access, so it’s important to protect your password and to contact us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. While using the CBOY Platform using secure socket layer technology ("SSL"). However, no security system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that the information we collect from you will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.

Your password is an important part of our security system, and it is your responsibility to protect it. You should not share your password with any third party, and if you believe your password or account has been compromised, you should change it immediately and contact our support team (080-301-7572) with any concerns.

6Your Rights and Controls

We give you meaningful choices when it comes to important uses and collection of your information. To easily access, view, update, correct, delete or port your personal data, or to update your subscription preferences, please sign into your account and visit "Manage profile".

If you make a request to delete your personal data and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honored only to the extent it is no longer necessary for any of the CBOY Platform purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.

Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the CBOY Platform.

Push Notifications. We may send push notifications or "alerts" to your device to provide information regarding the CBOY Platform, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate push notifications by changing your notification settings via your device.

Promotional Communications. You may opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you administrative, transactional, or relationship messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations including but not limited to administrative confirmations, order confirmations, important updates regarding the CBOY Platform and notices regarding this Privacy Policy and our CBOY Terms

7Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

This Privacy Policy may change over time, so please review it frequently. If we make any material change to it, we will notify you via email, through a notification posted on the Services, or as required by applicable law
